We have designed our website to be as easy to use as we can, but there are some things that we have to say, just so that they are clear.
Privacy
Any information acquired about visitors to this website will be used solely by IC and will not be passed onto any third party without prior permission.
Put simply, we won’t pass on your details to anyone else without your permission.
We operate a strict policy in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act, your details will not be used for direct mailing or promotion unless you have specifically requested information.
Changes
IC in Wales has a policy of continuous change in all areas of our activities. Therefore we may make changes to any information, product or service without letting you know in advance.
Errors
We make them too! We have checked our website thoroughly so that it is as accurate as possible. However, we regret that we will not be held responsible or contractually liable for any mistakes.

Member Entries
IC reserves the right to amend or remove any entry that contains factual errors and the right to exclude entries where the IBC Member has not renewed their subscription. Such actions will only be taken after the Member has been informed.

We provide links to other sites as a service to visitors. We have no control over other people’s sites, so cannot accept any responsibility for them. If you feel that a link on our website is inappropriate, please email admin [at] ibcwales.co . uk.
Contracts
If we should do business with you, it will be only on the basis of terms between us which will be agreed in writing, not on the basis of anything stated on this website. We will be pleased to send you a copy of IC’s standard terms at any time.
